Pneumatic actuators have a unified actuator and adjustment mechanism, including diaphragm type, piston type, Scotch Yoke (fork) type, and rack and pinion type.
The piston pneumatic has a long stroke, suitable for situations that require high thrust; The thin film type has a smaller stroke and can only directly drive the valve stem.
The Scotch Yoke pneumatic actuator has the characteristics of high torque, small space, and a torque curve that better conforms to the torque curve of the valve, but it is not very aesthetically pleasing; Commonly used on high torque valves.
The rack and pinion rack pneumatic actuator has the advantages of simple structure, stable and reliable operation, and safety and explosion-proof. It is widely used in production processes with high safety requirements such as power plants, chemical industry, and oil refining.
Pneumatic actuators can also be divided into two types: single acting and double acting: the switch action of the actuator is driven and executed by the air source, which is called Double Acting. The SPRINGRETURN (single acting) actuator is only driven by an air source for opening or closing, while the opposite action is reset by a spring.
The installation and connection dimensions of pneumatic actuators and valves shall comply with the international standard ISO5211 DIN3337 and VDI/VDE3845 are designed to be interchangeable with ordinary pneumatic actuators.
The air source hole complies with NAMUR standards.
The bottom shaft assembly hole of the pneumatic actuator (in accordance with ISO5211 standard) is double square, which is convenient for linear or 45 ° angle installation of valves with square rods.
The top and top holes of the output shaft comply with NAMUR standards.
The adjustment screws at both ends can adjust the opening angle of the valve.
There are double acting and single acting (spring return) with the same specifications.
You can choose the direction according to the valve needs, clockwise or counterclockwise rotation.
Install solenoid valves, positioners (opening indicators), relays, various limit switches, and manual operating devices according to user needs.
