Selection of attachments

(1) The accessories of pneumatic butterfly valves mainly include: locator, converter, relay, booster valve, holding valve, pressure reducing valve, filter, oil mist eliminator, travel switch, position transmitter, solenoid valve, and handwheel mechanism.

(2) The attachment serves as a supplementary function and ensures the operation of the valve. Add what is necessary, and do not add what is unnecessary. Adding accessories unnecessarily will increase prices and reduce reliability.

(3) The main function of a locator is to increase output force and action speed. When these functions are not needed, they can be omitted. It is better to have a locator.

(4) For fast response systems, do not let the valve move too quickly, and choose a converter.

(5) Strict explosion-proof applications, optional: electrical converter+pneumatic locator.

(6) Electromagnetic valves should be selected with reliable products to prevent them from not acting when required.

(7) It is recommended not to use a handwheel mechanism in important occasions to prevent human error.

(8) It is best for the manufacturer to provide and assemble the supply on the valve to ensure the reliability of the system and assembly connection.

(9) When placing an order, the name, model, specifications, input signal, output signal, etc. of the accessories should be provided.
